Life's Little Treasure Book on Parenting
Published in Hardcover by Rutledge Hill Press (May, 1995)
Author: H. Jackson, Jr. Brown
Average review score:

A real treasure for parents or anyone that loves children!
My husband and I received this book when we were expecting our first child. I was touched by the little phrases and wisdom contained in this little book. It has been prominently displayed in our bedroom ever since, and we take the time to read it over and over again. It contains common sense advice, (like "read to your children", "listen to your children"), as well as thought provoking comments (like "If you want your children to turn out well, spend twice as much time with them and half as much money."). We truly love this book, especially now that we have two children. It will make you smile. It's timeless and it is a "little treasure book". I highly recommend it!

Living together in a world falling apart
Published in Unknown Binding by Creation House ()
Author: Dave Jackson
Average review score:

Intentional Christian Community A Quarter Century Ago
This has to be one of the ground-breaking books on the subject of intentional Christian community. Asking and answering almost every conceivable question on the subject, Dave and Neta Jackson provide perspectives from several communities they visited in order to gather information for this book. Openly enthusiastic about Christian community life and perhaps naive at points, the authors still manage to describe what, from the perspective of more than 25 years now, was (and still can be) a manifestation of the work of Christ in the world. I was a member of one of the communities described and return to this book every now and then as a reminder of the glory that once was. Though dated, the book is still highly recommended to those led to pursue Christian community.

Local Flaps in Head and Neck Reconstruction
Published in Hardcover by Quality Medical Publishing (January, 2002)
Author: Ian T. Jackson
Average review score:

Great synopsis of local flaps
This book provides an excellent synopsis of local flaps for the reconstruction of cutaneous defects. It is presented in a way that provides plenty of examples to help one with ideas for reconstruction. It is especially helpful for the resident to review prior to a case.

The Long Road to Teatime
Published in Paperback by Auckland University Press (29 March, 2000)
Author: Anna Jackson
Average review score:

The publisher passes on reviewer comments:
'Jackson's first stand-alone collection, "The Long Road to Teatime", has just come out, and again my jaw drops. You could see these poems as bone carvings made from the remains of stories: gripping narratives reduced to the sparest, most elegant minimum. More, please.' - The "Dominion"

Lost Villages: Historic Driving Tours in the Catskills
Published in Paperback by Delaware County Historical Assoc. (January, 1998)
Authors: Mary Robinson Sive and John Jackson
Average review score:

Return request of Lost Villages
With the recent interest in genealogy research, I feel this book is an excellent source for all researchers looking for cemeteries within the Delaware County boundries.

I just recently found this book and recommend it to everyone doing genealogy work. The draw back is that it is out of print.

I feel that a reprint would definitely be in order. I understand the first time around was a huge success and see it doing the same again. Who ever would make this decision would be well advised to give it very serious consideration.

A superb book on the location of many old and forgotten cemeteries as well as a great source of lost historical information on old villages and their peoples and lives.

Love Affair: A Memoir of Jackson Pollack [I.E. Pollock]
Published in Hardcover by William Morrow (March, 1974)
Author: Ruth. Kligman
Average review score:

Incisive insider's view of the Jackson Pollock nobody knew
This book has everything going for it: fame, excitement, love, historic figures, and it is an engrossing read. You will not find this information anywhere else; it seems that the last months of Jackson Pollock's life (with the author by his side) have been erased from the Official History! This book should be reissued now!

Excellent gift for a good friend!
This book instills positive traits in your child regarding making the right choices in different situations. Children are able to relate to these fun animal stories. Each one starts out with a Bible verse pertaining to the story, then backed up with questions you can discuss after the story. Eight great stories in this treasury.
